Prologue Provisioners transforms vacation homes from turnover-clean to guest-ready — outdoor cushions angled right, cold water in the fridge, every room feeling like someone thought about it before the guests walked in. We're hiring people with a design eye and a hospitality instinct to make that happen.

 

The Work

• Compose outdoor spaces — furniture arrangement, cushion placement, the overall feel of a deck or patio when someone first steps outside

• Walk through every room and make it feel warm and intentional, not sterile

• Check systems (pool, HVAC, appliances) and troubleshoot what isn't working

• Add the small touches that make an arrival feel considered — not decorated, but right

• 2–3 hours per home, walking between Pines properties

• Flexible scheduling, Wednesday through Friday daytime — pick the visits that work for your week, wrapped by 4–5pm

You Might Be Right for This If You:

• Have worked in interior design, floral design, styling, or event production

• Have experience in high-end hospitality — private service, fine dining, boutique hotels, spa work

• Have traveled enough to know what separates a forgettable rental from one you remember

• Notice when something's off — a cushion that's slightly wrong, a table set without thought — and know how to fix it without being told

• Understand anticipatory service: thinking about what a guest needs before they know they need it

• You just want to move furniture and leave

• Details don't matter to you ("close enough" isn't our standard either)

• You've never stayed in or worked with the kind of homes where the details are the whole point
